Some businesses do not want to be in a directory, and that is reasonable. We would rather remove a listing cleanly than keep one the owner resents.
How to do it
Use the form and pick Remove a listing. Include the business name, city and state so we can find the right record.
What we will and will not do
- We will remove it, at no cost
- We will not call to talk you out of it
- We will not require an account or a document
- We will keep a note so a future data refresh does not put it back
One thing worth knowing
Removing it here does not remove it from the underlying open data, which is published independently by the Overture Maps Foundation and used by many services. Overture accepts corrections directly.
